If you have not registered yet, sign up and contact us using the contact form or email info@wooltrade.cz. Include your chosen fabric codes and your address. We will send your samples within a few days.

We love it when an order arrives quickly, too. That is why we make every effort to process and dispatch each order promptly.
We dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving payment from Monday to Thursday, so they can arrive as early as the following days.

If something goes wrong.
Our complaint rate has remained around 1–2%. If something does go wrong, we take responsibility and put it right.
We resolve complaints within a few days, either by sending replacement goods or issuing a refund.
