We can send you up to five samples to your address free of charge. If you are not yet registered, sign up and contact us via the Contact Form or email us at info@wooltrade.cz with the fabric codes and your address.

Fast shipping is a matter of course for us

Just like you, we love it when an order arrives as quickly as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process and ship your package swiftly. We dispatch orders from Monday through Thursday morning to ensure they arrive at your doorstep the very next day.

 

What if something goes wrong?

Our complaint rate is consistently around 1%, but if anything does go wrong, we always face it head-on. We resolve claims within a few days—either by sending you replacement goods or issuing a full refund.
